Mission
Vision
California Renewal Living Foundation creates pathways from instability to renewal. Our bilingual Community Health Workers and peer partners stand beside adults in South Santa Clara County who are at risk of losing their health coverage, their care or their housing, advocating for them and helping them through life's current challenges. When someone needs a safe place to heal, our South County Renewal Living recuperative care home offers a homelike bed in their own community and a steady step toward lasting housing.
We envision a California where every community offers a dignified path from crisis to renewal, where recovery has a safe place to happen, housing is connected to health, and every person can reclaim confidence, belonging and a future worth building.
Community
We are rooted in the places we serve. People heal best close to their care teams, culture, language, work and the people who matter to them. Our home sits on a neighborhood street, and our CHWs meet members where they live, so no one has to leave South County to get help.
Respect
Every person has inherent worth. Our practice is person-centered, trauma-informed and culturally responsive, and we reject any language or system that reduces people to a diagnosis, a housing status, an immigration status or a past.
Lasting Stability
Futures Renewed
A renewal form or a bed is not the outcome. We build toward coverage kept, care used, housing retained, income, daily living skills and community connection.
A crisis does not define a person's future. Our work restores confidence, expands choice and opens practical pathways forward.

We measure what matters, including coverage retained, access to care, safety, housing outcomes and long-term independence, and we use what we learn to keep getting better.
